Dignity Policy

Northwest Adventure philosophy as Adventurers, is the connecting of people and places to better understand us as a species and the world in which we live in. It is this in which we draw upon new experiences and approach the world with a child like curiosity. We accept that we will meet all walks of life, no matter gender, race, creed, faith and beliefs.

At the core is that we respect the character of the person while recognizing the skills that you can bring to the team. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and as social creatures that makes any team stronger.

Northwest Adventure understands that teams are built not born and understand there will be disagreements. As a team, we will encourage working through our differences to move forward to the greater objective.

Any intolerance towards others will not be accepted at all and removal from the course will be immediate if it cannot be resolved by either the Student or Staff.
